刘军教授治疗肌肉劳损的用药规律研究

摘要:目的：分析刘军教授治疗肌肉劳损的中药处方用药规律。方法：收集刘军教授治疗肌肉劳损的病案，采用中医传承辅助平台(TCMISS)软件分析处方中各种药物的使用频次、四气五味归经、归类、药物之间的关联规则等。结果：对107个中药处方进行分析，使用频率较高的中药有甘草、五指毛桃、杜仲、牛膝、白术、薏苡仁、川芎等；药物的四气分布主要为温、平，五味分布主要为甘、苦、辛，归经分布主要为肝、脾、肾；药物的归类主要为伞形科、豆科、菊科。结论：刘军教授治疗肌肉劳损多用活血化瘀药、补虚药，以补益肝肾，益气健脾，行气通络为主要治法。
Abstract：Objective：To analyze the administration laws of Professor Liu Jun′s herbal prescriptions of treating muscular strain. Methods: Professor Liu Jun′s medical cases of treating muscular strain were collected to analyze use frequency, four natures and five flavors, the entering meridian, classification and association rules of different herbs in the prescriptions by using TCMISS software. Results: All 107 herbal prescriptions were analyzed, the herbs in higher frequency were GanCao (radix liquiritiae), WuZhi MaoTao (radix fici simplicissimae), DuZhong (eucommia ulmoides), NiuXi (radix achyranthis bidentatae), BaiZhu (atractylodes macrocephala), YiYiRen(semen coicis), ChuanXiong (ligusticum wallichii) and others. Four natures of the herbs mainly were warm and plain, five flavors mainly included sweet, bitter and acrid, the entering meridians were liver, spleen and kidney, and the herbs were of umbelliferae, leguminosae and composite. Conclusion: Professor Liu Jun use the herbs of blood-activating and stasis-removing and the tonics when he treats muscular strain, tonifying liver and kidney, invigorating Qi and spleen, moving Qi and dredging the collaterals are main therapeutic methods.
