摘要:廖志峰主任医师认为糖尿病胃轻瘫多以脾胃虚弱为本，寒热错杂、升降失司为标，临证从脾主肌肉论治，治疗以健胃运脾、辛开苦降为法，每遇其证，屡获奇效。
Abstract:Chief physician LIAO Zhifeng believes that diabetic gastroparesis (DGP) is originally caused by weakness of the spleen and stomach, and superficially caused by simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat, and disorders of Qi activities. Thus the clinical syndrome differentiation should be based on the spleen governing muscles, strengthening stomach and activating spleen, and pungent drugs for dispersion and bitter drugs for purgation are taken as the treating method. For syndromes like above, the treating method is extremely effective.
