摘要:通过分析张璐使用细辛的医案及相关医论，将细辛功效归纳为：散邪利肺、行气利水、温肾升阳，经配伍可治疗肺病、虚劳、妊娠恶阻及漏下等病证。
Abstract:By analyzing medical cases and the related medical theory of Zhang Lu using XiXin (Asarum sieboldi Mig.), its effects could be concluded as: dissipating pathogenic factors and benefiting the lung, promoting Qi circulation to induce diuresis, warming kidney and invigorating splenic Yang, it could treat lung disease, consumptive disease, hyperemesis gravidarum, metrostaxis and others when it was compatible with other herbs.
